What to Expect
🧘 Lunar Yoga – Chandra Krama Sequence
We begin with Chandra Krama, the Moon Sequence, a gentle, restorative flow that calms the mind and opens the body.
This practice blends slow, meditative movements, seated poses, and restorative postures, focusing on the hips, shoulders, and sacral area.
It’s a nourishing practice for the body and energy, reducing stress and leaving you grounded and at peace—suitable for all levels.
🥐 Mindful Breakfast by the Sea
After yoga, we’ll share a healthy breakfast with stunning views of the Mediterranean.
A moment to integrate the practice, nourish your body, and connect with the group.
🌬 Breathwork & Guided Meditation
We’ll explore breath techniques to balance the mind and prepare the body for meditation.
A guided meditation inspired by Metta Bhavana will cultivate gratitude, kindness, and connection.
Each participant will receive a meditation crystal, supporting your practice during the session and at home.
🌕 Full Moon Ritual
The full moon invites reflection, release, and clear intention-setting.
During the ritual, we’ll work with the moon’s energy to let go of what no longer serves us and to nurture what you want to cultivate into your life—creating a space of introspection and clarity that you can carry into your daily life.
📒You’ll also receive a Lunar Journal, designed to explore your reflections, emotions, and intentions throughout the lunar cycles.
